DANIELLE HAYDEN

DANIELLE HAYDEN

Creator of the Profit Planner & Co- founder of Kickstart Accounting

As a Chief Financial Officer for over 10 years, though she loved accounting, but felt like something was missing while just helping investors and board of directors of large companies.

That’s when she realized she felt a certain thrill for helping entrepreneurs, especially women, who were breaking the rules of business in order to create something amazing – something the rest of the world didn’t expect them to do.

Since co- founding Kickstart Accounting she saw that entrepreneurs need more than just a bookkeeper; they need real financial analysis and education in order to get the confidence required to create the sustainable wealth they deserve.

So she created The Profit Planner to help business owners know how to analyze their business correctly, generate more profits easily, and gain greater confidence in business and by getting really intimate with their financials.

Lisa

Lisa

Lisa lives in Brunswick, Ohio with her daughter and husband. She has been in accounting for the past 10 years.  She originally went to college to be a nurse but decided that accounting was the way to go.  Lisa has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA.  Once she graduated with my MBA, she found out she was pregnant and decided to quit her full-time job to become a stay at home mom.  “I have always wanted to be a mom but realized that I still liked to work.  Finding a stay at home job has helped me balance my mom and wife duties and I am still able to contribute to the family.”
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family.  “We love to travel!  My daughter is on the gymnastics team so we spend a lot of time at the gym!  In the summer we spend a lot of time outside.”
If  Lisa won the lottery, she would hire a personal chef and someone to clean her house!
Jan

Jan

Kickstart Accountant

Jan has been in the accounting field for over 20 years working with a broad spectrum of industries such as medical, construction, financial, manufacturing and service.

Prior to her accounting career, Jan was focused on home. After marriage, she hung on for 8 years of jumping from base to base while her husband was in the U.S. Marines. After managing her Marine and his Marine friends Jan decided she was ready to try her hand raising a family so that’s when Jason and Shaunna came along. Now they are both married with three kids each!

When she not working she can be found spending time with her grandkids, reading, various women’s groups, bicycling, and music which includes playing the piano.

On a fun note, if Jan was given the opportunity to have one magical power, she would choose to be able to fly like a bird.

Kelsey

Kickstart Accountant

Kelsey began her journey at East Carolina University (go Pirates!) with a major in Biology – Premed. She very quickly realized this was absolutely not for her.  “I thought to myself “What is the farthest major from premed?” Accounting it was! And it was the best decision I ever made.”
After graduating with her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, she began her professional journey working at a tax firm in Washington, NC. A couple of years and a marriage later, the military moved her family to Savannah, GA where she started working for Kickstart Accounting. Fast forward another 2 years and 2 kids later, “I am still loving where I work and the relationships I have built with all my clients!”
If Kelsey won the lottery, she would buy her dream home and go on endless vacations! And if a genie gave her three wishes, she would wish for unlimited wishes!
